THE PROCESS

How It Works

A clear, structured 6-step process so you always know what to expect — from the very first call to ongoing support.

6 STEPS

Your Path from Intake to Progress

Each step is designed to keep families informed, involved, and confident in the process.

Initial Consultation

Our team meets with parents/caregivers to understand the child's needs, strengths, and areas of concern. This is a chance to ask questions and learn how we can help.

Assessment

Depending on the service (ABA, SLP, OT), a comprehensive evaluation is conducted to identify developmental, behavioral, and communication goals.

Individualized Plan

Our therapists design a personalized therapy plan with clear objectives, strategies, and measurable outcomes tailored to the child and family.

Therapy Sessions

Children participate in structured sessions with our therapists, while parents receive guidance to reinforce strategies at home.

Monthly BCBA/RBA Supervision

All therapy plans and sessions are reviewed monthly by a certified BCBA or RBA to ensure quality, consistency, and optimal progress.

Ongoing Review & Support

Progress is monitored regularly, with updates and adjustments provided, along with continued ABA Based Camps to ensure meaningful outcomes.
